If you are uninsured or underinsured, DPC may be just what you are looking for.

Note:  Patients insured by Medicare and Medicaid are not eligible for membership in these plans, due to federal laws.

Far less than you might think.  Plans at Kentucky Family Medicine start as low as $75 / month, with no hidden fees.  This is less than most physician offices charge for a single visit. Please call for more information.

The patient (member) makes appointments, gets prescriptions and supplies, obtains orders and referrals just like any other patient.

The fees are collected each month with a direct withdrawal from your checking account or credit card. (on the 5th of each month)

Most services at KFM are included in this monthly price, including all primary care on-site and telemedicine visits.  All services at KFM are at a reduced price, this includes home visits, on-site testing, after-hours visits, and other specialized services.
